If you are looking to fill that last space in your freshman class, look no further. I undoubtedly think that I am a prime candidate for the spot and guarantee that you will not have the slightest regret in giving the opportunity to me.
	The first and most important thing I'd like to point out is that one of my strongest assets is my artistic ability, and that is one of the main areas I would like to focus on if I get accepted to Fredonia. I devote countless hours working on pieces and making an effort to improve my work. During the last few years of my life I have spent a lot of time and effort working on improving my artistic skills. My goal is to pursue illustration and animation as a career. Besides doing personal work and building up a portfolio, I have also had work printed on a calendar and a t-shirt, as well as work entered into a few contests. Seeing my artwork printed like that has really made me certain that this is the path I want to take.
	Furthermore, I have no doubt in my mind that your school will greatly improve my art skills, and offer me a full academic program as well. I have already had a chance to look into your visual arts department in person and it looks like it would be a great opportunity for me. The classes look like they are student oriented, and that is just what I am looking for. Not only that, but I strongly believe that the people around you can affect you the most. If I were to get accepted to Fredonia, I would make sure to take full advantage of my teachers and peers, and hope to offer something back to them as well.
        Last of all, I also think that the character of a person can affect all aspects of their life, whether it be academics or arts. I would also say I have a good head on my shoulders when it comes to how I act. Not only that, but I have the motivation to get anything in my way completed, no matter what it may be. Also, if something is holding me back, I will always do my best to improve myself and strive to become better. If I do get accepted to your school I will always treat everyone with respect,stay cool headed, and calm; no matter what the case. Besides that, I always go into any situation with a positive attitude, and intend to come out the same way. This attitude towards life has definitely helped shape the person that I am today.
        All in all, I can safely say that you will not be disappointed if the last spot of the freshman class goes to me. If given the chance I will see to it that I live up to your, as well as my own, expectations.
